Furnace Industries Return Policy

-Within 60 days of purchase: Full refund less shipping charges (if applicable).
-Please return items in brand new, unused condition, with all tags and packaging. Original order shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable on correctly shipped orders.
-Please note that Furnace Industries does not provide return shipping labels for returns or exchanges, and Furnace Industries cannot reimburse you for return shipping costs.

If you need a different product, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.

How to Make a Return

STEP 1
Fill out our Contact Form and make the subject Return with the order number of your purchase. We will respond with an RA Number. We usually respond within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
STEP 2
Package your gear for return and write your RA number on the outside of the package you are returning. Then send your return back to us.
Use a return ship method best suited to you. Hold onto the tracking number assigned to your return package; it is helpful if your shipment or refund is delayed. We cannot be responsible for your refund until your package has been received.
STEP 3
Once we receive your package, your return will be processed in 7-10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).
